The eternal problem as a parent... especially as a single parent... is wondering when you're going to fit it all in!
I had to quit my karate classes when I got pregnant with Clara - and ever since, exercise has been catch as catch can. But lately, I've found a perfect solution. I have a college student who comes over just as the girls are going to bed a couple of evenings a week. She stays here at the house while I go take a run... and that way, I don't feel like I'm missing any of my precious time with the girls, and she can fold a few loads of laundry while she's here!
The only problem is that by 7:00 it's already dark outside. So my solution to that little problem is to wear an awesome headlamp. You want me, don't you?

that's awesome. I wear my head lamp all the time and I think it really makes Mark laugh which is totally sexy.
Love the headlamp! I had one in Louisiana with the Red Cross- wow SEXY, especially when in bed reading with glasses missing an arm (leg?) and thick as Coke bottles. Plus, the LED light was bright enough to blind any potential rapists and scare away the cockroaches- BONUS!
I LOVE that! I usually only rock the headlamp while camping but I had no idea how HOT it could be day to day! ;)
That is one really hip head lamp. I'll bet the kids love being seen around you with it. They must be so jealous. ;)
